“Who is Daniel and what is his story? Daniel is 44 years old and a very talented artist and father of an 8-year-old daughter. Daniel was first diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, a so-called third-degree astrocytoma, almost three years ago.

This uninvited and very aggressive guest in Daniel’s head has become increasingly noticeable since 2016 through severe epilepsies and fainting fits, sometimes in shops or other public places. The subsequent medical and above all radiological examinations quickly brought the sad certainty that these are symptoms of a very serious disease – cancer. This was followed by chemotherapy and radiation, which initially seemed to have been successful.

Unfortunately, however, the tumour returned violently in September 2019 and led, among other things, to extensive paralysis of the left half of the body.”
